What are your Network Connections?
The NOCSTER network is connected via PPL Telcom™ & CTSI™ fiber, with Sprint™ OC3 Connectivity & 100MBPS Metro Fast Ethernet drops from Level3™, Sprint™, Verio™,& Global Crossing™, running redundant BGP4 routing. All servers are wired into an uninterruptible power supply, as well as connected to a deisel backup generator.

What is your server environment?
Servers are powered by Intel™/AMD™ Processors, 3Com™/Intel™ NICs, PC100/133 SDRAM/PC2100 DDR, and ONLY major name brand components. UPS Systems provide the power backups, along with a Cummins™ generator system. Facility monitoring is provided by a Panasonic™ WD-500 Digital Video System over Sony™ CCTV cameras.

Where are your servers located?
TrafficFish.net's High Performance Carefully Managed Web Servers are located in Miami, Florida, United States of America, and are housed in a Hurricane level 8 reinforced building.

Does TrafficFish.net offer a money-back guarantee?
Our one-time set-up fee is non-refundable. Domain registration fees are also non-refundable. This is because there are absolute costs involved in these processes that cannot be recouped. If you're uncertain about whether you want to use our services, that's okay, there's no rush. We'll still be here tomorrow, next year, the year after that, and so on, so, come back any time.

Can I get unlimited bandwidth?
No. We do not offer packages with unlimited bandwidth primarily because there is no such thing. Any one that promises that is not telling the truth. Somewhere in their terms and conditions are probably some words referring to "excessive use of resources", and in effect these place some arbitrary limit on your bandwidth. We set limits to both protect you and to provide you with a reliable quality service.

Can I use UltimateBBS or Ikonboard?
No. We do not allow either UltimateBBS (all versions) or Ikonboard (all versions).
